This is a piece about inner landscapes -about warmth hidden beneath the surface, and the light that quietly endures in darkness.
I built the textures like walls shaped by time and water, layering deep blues and golds until they felt alive,

like a place both ancient and human.

I wanted to create a textured, almost geological composition, evoking the mystery of a glowing cave. Layer by layer, with jute, silk, and oil paint, the surface began to feel like stone -rough yet luminous, holding traces of gold

like hidden minerals.
It became a reflection of what endures beneath the surface

-the quiet glow that keeps shining, even in the dark.
